TFI was our choice to do the floor remodel on our home after our recent water damage. Luciano is quite popular with a well known reputation, so we had to wait a few days to meet with him, but believe me, it was worth the wait. Luc, came out to our home to visit the areas where the flooring was to be installed. We found Luc to be very warm, friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and provided his expert advice about the installation. When he arrived to perform the work, he carefully sealed off all adjoining rooms with plastic to reduce the amount of dust from the construction. Luc and his crew were always on site, as scheduled and on time every morning. They were very clean, removing the scrap and garbage and sweeping/vacuuming each day. Luciano's work is that of a fine craftsman. He is a perfectionist and the results of his work make this obvious. Our tile was installed with the proper preparation and the tiles look level and perfectly aligned. He transitioned the tiles perfectly to our other existing rooms that also had the same type of travertine. We are absolutely delighted with the work.
